This article resumes the research carried out in the course of two years with the pupils of First Degree A in the District Educational Institution (in Spanish ied) Magdalena Ortega de Nariño School .For so doing, it was taken into account a hypothesis stating that the lack of focus observed among the students in the music lessons may have, as one of its causes, an excess of media stimuli.Therefore, this investigative exercise aims at approaching some research results brought by several authors in order to verify the hypothesis.At the same time, a pedagogic musical work has been done with the pupils, which is narrated towards the end of the exercise so as to contribute to the development and enrichment of their processes.
