We propose a simple extension of the Zee model in order to solve the dark matter issue. It is achieved by adding one generation of two vectorlike leptons and introducing an exact Z2 symmetry. We establish the parameter space that is consistent with the constraints coming from lepton flavor violation processes, neutrino oscillation and dark matter.
