In this article, we focus on the latest years of investigation about schools PE for the different educational levels: elementary, middle, high school, and university. Our works, eminently qualitative and focused on the relation between PE as a school subject and the existing social inequalities in Chile, show through focal groups, in-depth interviews, and participating observations, how Chilean PE is weak in its own definition; and, presents a non inclusive methodological content, and assessment dynamics. Making it difficult to build a collaborative and dialogic school practice that would go beyond the motor traditionalism that is currently behind this school subject. &nbsp
