Los aportes que hace la historia en perspectiva regional constituyen en el presente escrito un esfuerzo de comprension de la forma como los diversos fenomenos, ya sea politicos, economicos o socio-culturales, pueden ser examinados teniendo en cuenta que entre el proceso historico vivido por las comunidades alli asentadas y el contexto presente, como su desarrollo natural, existen relaciones que dificilmente se puedendesconocer. Una de ellas es la que establece el hombre con su entorno, que primordialmente le ofrece la posibilidad de explotar sus recursos para subsistir, y otra, articulada necesariamente, es la que se establece entre los hombres para la produccion.AbstractThe contributions made by history from a regional perspective, in the following text, represent an effort to comprehend ways in which different phenomena, whether political, economic, or sociocultural, can be examined keeping in mind that, between the historical process experienced by the communities established there and the current context as its natural development, there are relations that cannot be ignored. Anexample of them is the one established by humans with the environment, which primarily offers them the possibility to exploit its resources in order to survive. While another, inevitably related to the previous one, is the relationships established amongst humans for production purposes.
