We present the first experimental verification of the coherent optical en/decoding employing Super-Structured Fibre Bragg Gratings performing Discrete Prolate Spheroidal Sequences (DPSS). These devices present promising spectral and temporal characteristics for OCDMA networks and optical encryption applications.
