Today, human rights are understood as a voluntary act of corporate social responsibility or legal ties, but not as the prerequisite for the optimum development of the organization. As a main result of the research is designed an instrument for measuring the incorporation of human rights in the management of the Colombian organizations, which looks at their performance in this area, facilitating the understanding of the subject and their effective incorporation into strategic planning.
