Se analizo la calidad de un servicio de radiologia de referencia en la provincia de Catamarca. Se utilizo bibliografia especifica a los fines de identificar los items y procurando que estos abarquen conceptos de estructura, proceso y resultado. Los procedimientos seleccionados fueron: torax (f), abdomen de pie, mano (frente y oblicua), craneo y columna cervical (frente y perfil). Los items seleccionados forman parte de normativas y procedimientos nacionales y/o Internacionales. La investigacion resulto de tipo descriptiva, de corte transversal y con diseno de observacion. La calidad evaluada de las dimensiones antes mencionadas resulto con calificacion general de regular, ya que obtuvo un valor de 62% con relacion al 100% estipulado como optimo. La investigacion pudo poner de manifiesto falencias en los aspectos estructurales, asi tambien la diferencia de criterio que existio entre los profesionales para la realizacion y la posterior evaluacion de los resultados frente a un mismo procedimiento. Con la finalidad de poder reducir esta variabilidad de criterios se sugirio la implementacion de un programa de garantia de calidad, dentro del cual se desarrollo una propuesta de gestion por procesos dirigida especificamente al servicio de radiologia. Abstract There was analyzed the quality of a Service of Radiology of Reference in Catamarca’s Province. Specific bibliography was in use to the ends of identifying the articles and trying that the same ones include concepts of structure, process and result. The selected procedures were: Thorax (f) Abdomen of Foot, Hand (forehead and oblique), Cranium and Cervical Column (forehead and profile) .Los selected articles form a part of Regulations and national and / or International Procedures. The investigation ensued from type Descriptive, from Transverse Court and with design of Observation .Quality evaluated of the dimensions before mentioned, I prove with a general qualification to regulate, since it obtained a value of 62% with relation to 100% stipulated like ideally. The investigation could reveal failings in the structural as like that aspects also the great difference of criterion that existed between the professionals for the accomplishment and the later evaluation of the results opposite to the same procedure. With the purpose of power to reduce this variability of criteria suggested the implementation of a Program of Qualit guarantee, inside which, an offer of Management developed for Processes directed specifically the service of Radiology.
