This research is a Qualitative case study about a homosexual woman who experiences anxiety in her intimate interpersonal relationship. The purpose of this project was to comprehend the experience of this woman, bearing in mind the following orienting questions: ?How does a homosexual woman experience anxiety in an intimate interpersonal relationship, in which she feels love?, What is the meaning of that experience of anxiety for that woman? and How does that woman confront the experience of anxiety? For this purpose, the researchers used a hermeneutical phenomenological approach for both, collecting data through the interviews, and describing, interpreting, and analyzing the experience under study.
