The increase of child mental disorders in recent years and their increasing impact has generated an alert in mental health. This warning is presented not only at child level but also in the general population. Currently, psychologists use the cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) that needs a manual observation process, which generates a large amount of information. With the exponential growth of mobile computing and cloud computing, it is possible to provide technology to psychologists to facilitate the observation process. This paper presents an architecture based on mobile and cloud computing to facilitate the acquisition process of behavioral records obtained from patients during therapy.
