Resumen La sociedad contemporanea se mantiene en constante cambio, ya que el hombre por su proceso de adaptacion viene renovando sus necesidades cotidianas, desde el ambito laboral el sujeto necesita fortalecer sus competencias, ante esto encontramos que la psicologia Organizacional cuenta con profesionales capacitados que logran a traves de sus habilidades, favorecer el bienestar del individuo al interior de la organizacion buscando promoverlos y capacitarlos para que tengan un adecuado desempeno dentro y fuera de la misma. La psicologia organizacional es aquella rama que estudia los fenomenos psicologicos individuales al interior de las organizaciones, por ello tiene en cuenta como influyen los procesos organizacionales sobre la persona, adicionalmente identifica cuales son los factores a fortalecer en los empleados para poder llevar a cabo procedimientos que velen por la buena calidad de vida organizacional y el buen desempeno de las personas.
