This short article aims to raise the importance of argumentation pragmadialéctica as research competence program for law students of the University of Envigado. The critical construction of legal knowledge in the research framework should be harmonized as an argument to support the socio-cultural transformations of the contemporary world. The proposed argument transcends mere seduction of another through reason, to anchor social justice exercises in conflict resolution citizens. Initial tests conducted with a group of 40 students in the first semester of law, schedule B of the IUE, warn low literacy in micro elements, and super macro language. Also occurs with levels of argument, given that most students are argumentative fallacies in their tests.
