El presente articulo es el resultado de una reflexion academica surgida a partir de la practica juridica adelantada por estudiantes del Consultorio Juridico de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Surcolombiana, que ademas de encontrar grandes beneficios en la accion de tutela consagrada en el articulo 86 de la Constitucion Politica de Colombia, pudieron detectar errores y vacios en la ejecucion de muchas de las ordenes de tutela proferidas por los jueces constitucionales en la Ciudad de Neiva, y con ello flagrantes violaciones a los derechos fundamentales de los ciudadanos y un deterioro de la legitimidad del sistema judicial y de la accion constitucional anteriormente mencionada.AbstractThis article is the result of an academic reflection arisen from the legal practice carried out by law students enrolled in the Community Legal Aid Service of the Law School at Surcolombiana University. On the one hand, they found great benefits in the special constitutional writ of protection of human rights called tutela, established in the Article 86 of the Political Constitution of Colombia. On the other hand, they could also detect errors and gaps in the implementation of many of the tutela decisions made by constitutional judges in Neiva. In this way, fragrant violations to the fundamental rights of the citizens and a deterioration of the legitimacy of the judicial system and the previously mentioned constitutional writ were identified.Key words: fundamental rights, tutela, constitutional judge, incident of contempt.
