Actividad antioxidante y contenido total de fenoles de los extractos etanólicos de salvia aratocensis, salvia sochensis, bidens reptons y montanoa ovalifolia
The antioxidant activities (assessed through the DPPH radical decoloration test) and the total content of phe nols (determined by means of the Folin-Ciocalteu method), of the etanolic extracts of Salvia aratocensis, Salvia sochensis, Bidens reptans and Montanoa ovalifolia were determined. The corresponding values were: 0,0011 ± 0,0001; 0,00190 ± 0,00005; 0,0016 ± 0.0001 y 0,0073 ± 0.0001 (kg extract/ initial mmol of DPPH . ), and 0,30 ± 0.05; 0,17 ± 0,01; 0,40 ± 0,04, and 0,13 ± 0,01 (mg phenols/100 mg of plant).
