P15.06: To determine clinical features of corpus callosum agenesis, dysgenesis in conjunction with extraparenchymal interhemispheric cyst and neural migrations disorders
A retrospective study of digital data base and follows of fetus referred to the Maternal Fetal Unit of Clinica Colsanitas in Bogota, Colombia with diagnosis of pathology of corpus callosum, interhemispheric cyst and/or neural migrations disorders between 2003 to 2009. We had 50 cases of abnormalities of corpus callosum, 11 of them associate with interhemispheric cyst and 12 neural migrations disorders. E cases were found to have abnormalities of the corpus callosum associate with interhemispheric and mutiloculated cyst. They were catalogate under Barkovich's classification. The neural migration disorders associate with anomalies of corpus callosum were subependymal heterotopias and polymicrogyria and Schizencephaly. Agenesis or dysgenesis of the corpus callosum with interhemispheric cyst and neural migrations disorders appears to consist of a heterogeneous group of disorders that have in common callosal dysgenesis. For us is very important to introduce the characterization of the corpus callosum dysgenes by the analysis of the shape, thickness and the characterization of other commissural alterations.
