In recent decades, the search for tools that enable the development of the skills needed in organizations has become a research topic that is relevant to generate improvements in knowledge management and organizational steering. These topics include their own complex thinking skills, and this has lead to the generation of different approaches. Because of this, the aim of this reflection paper on social intelligence is to present a proposal that could become an ideal tool in the management of Colombian organizations in terms that go beyond what the law requires, seeking political, economic and social rationality, based on universal principles and higher order values.
