This document contains an executive summary of the Open Data strategy for Colombia represented in an open data model fit into the Government online strategy, which allows operating and managing the supply, as well as the demand, of public access data. Colombian Open Data Model has been made with the objective of supporting the generation of economic and social progress in the country, by allowing citizens and business to have access to public information, so that it can be used for developing government services that create value to society in general; and to promote transparency in the country, through information and data available to citizens and businesses.
