The myth has been considered an anachronism braked by modern law rationality. Nevertheless, radical critics inside of legal theory suggest that modern law doesn't leave behind the mythical fundament, it just masks in a rhetoric turn full of colonial prejudices. This paper aims to show the way as the critic to modern law could be perceived in a colonial context such as South American narion through revaluation of the myth.
