Improving management related to human talent at MSMEs in Colombia requires knowledge. In turn, it is produced by educational and formation centers in the teaching and learning dynamics; however, given the characteristics of these companies, they are not always willing to invest economically on advice or consultancies that would be beneficial for their management; in these cases, development of a complementary process of mutual benefit is visualized between the production sector and the education sector through a mechanism like the simulated enterprises to give way to knowledge transfers.
