The Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIS has initiated collaboration with Penn State University to develop an improved framework for communications programming in HIV/AIDS. The project involves consultation with leading organizations and individuals in development communication and HIV/AIDS worldwide and will result in improved communications strategies that can be adapted for use in countries.
