En la situacion actual del pais, es importante y necesario que los profesionales de enfermeria conozcan aspectos generales sobre la normatividad que se viene emitiendo sobre la problematica del desplazamiento en Colombia, para visualizar el campo de accion y actuar acorde con la norma entre otros. El estado Colombiano promulgo la Ley 387 de 1997 en la cual se formalizan aspectos relacionados con la atencion integral a esta poblacion haciendo enfasis en la atencion en salud y es alli la importancia de conocer su contenido y como el Ministerio de la Proteccion Social tiene establecidas unas lineas de accion donde el profesional de enfermeria puede desempenarse si se tiene en cuenta que su ejercicio se fundamenta en los principios eticos y morales yen el respeto de los derechos humanos. SUMMARY In the Current situation of the country, it is important and necessary that the infirmary professionals know general aspects on the normatividad that one comes emitting on the problem of the displacement in Colombia, to visualize the action field and to act chord with the norm among others. The Colombian state promulgates the Law 387 of 1997 in which aspects related with the integral attention are formalized this population making emphasis in the attention in health and it is there the importance of knowing its content and as the Ministry of the Social Protection he/she has established some action lines where the infirmary professional con act if one has in all that her exercise is based in the ethical and moral principles and in the respect of the human rights.
