Description of patterns of recognition with 3D skeletal multiplanar technique of the features from skeletal dysplasias We present a prospective - descriptive study with eight cases of skeletal dysplasias. For this description of patterns of recognition we use the 3D multiplanar technique and 2D conventional ultrasound. We presented the features of the ossification pattern of the principal bones involve in the skeletal dysplasias. The fetaures and technique for obtain the volumes in the fetal spine, vault, the limps and fetal face. The 3D mutiplanar skeletal technique is not only complementary for 2D ultrasound of the skeletal system. 3D of skeletal system greatly helps to precisely evaluate the bone ossification features and special features of the vertebral and spinal cord anomalies.
