Ten new species of the genus Rhagovelia Mayr are described from Colombia: Rhagovelia gastrotricha sp. n. (Altaquer, Río Ñambí, Nariño), R. cardia sp. n. (Altaquer, Río Ñambí, Nariño), R. vega sp. n. (Vereda La Vega, Oporapa, Huila), R. grandis sp. n. (Quebrada Caparrosa, Oporapa, Huila), R. magdalena sp. n. (Vereda La Vega, Río Magdalena, Oporapa, Huila), R. rosensis sp. n. (Vereda Santa Rosa, Consejo Comunitario Río Mejicano, Tumaco, Nariño), R. espriella sp. n. (La Espriella, Tumaco, Nariño), R. pacifica sp. n. (Vereda San José del Guayabo, Consejo Comunitario Río Mejicano, Tumaco, Nariño), R. calceola sp. n. (Altaquer, Río Ñambí, Nariño), and R. cimarrona sp. n. (Cimarrones, Chachagui, Nariño). R. spinosa Gould and R. longipes Gould are recorded from Colombia, for the first time. Additionally a key to the Rhagovelia species of the angustipes complex known from Colombia is provided.
