This paper presents the main results of a field measurement campaign of the digital terrestrial television DVB-T2 (Digital Video Broadcasting — Terrestrial 2 <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">nd</sup> Generation) signal in the city of Bogotá, and analyzes the variation of some of the key link budget parameters for planning digital terrestrial television networks for portable indoor reception in Colombia, such as the building penetration loss, the standard deviation for the location correction factor, and the height loss.
