It is possible to identify procedural and substantive norms in civil and comercial litigation, where "procedural justice" or "due process" become especially important.The Chilean civil procedural system does not have a symmetric, modern and coherent regime to regulate the national and international civil litigation.Some isolated norms regulate the latter, especially regarding international comercial arbitration.
