El siguiente articulo presenta un analisis de las metricas de QoS mas relevantes para el servicio IPTV sobre una infraestructura de red Movil basada en MIP V4 y MIP V6 y como las diferencias del funcionamiento de los protocolos influyen en la QoS. Para esto se realizo una investigacion de los parametros de QoS que son de gran importancia al momento de evaluar el servicio de IPTV y de igual forma la infraestructura de IPTV que se debia implementar sobre IMS. Asimismo como los protocolos de movilidad MIPV4 y MIPV6 afectan las distintas metricas para la evaluacion del servicio. Con respecto a esto, los resultados arrojan que en MIPV6 la trasmision del servicio es mas eficaz que en MIPV4 y por lo tanto los retardos en el video son mas bajos. Abstract This paper presents an analysis of the most important QoS metrics for IPTV service on a mobile network infrastructure based in MIPV4 and MIPV6 and as the differences of the functioning of the protocols influence in the QoS. For this we made a research on QoS parameters that are of great IMPORTANCE to the assessment of IPTV service and equally IPTV infrastructure that was implemented on IMS. Also, as the mobility protocol MIPv4 and MIPv6 are affecting several metrics for evaluating the service. In this respect the results show that in MIPv6 the transmission of the service is more effective than in MIPv4 and therefore delays in the video are lower.
