This paper presents a system to support multimedia content and interactive applications management in a iTV environment using DVB standard, taking into account the loading, updating, editing, deleting, planning and control them, through the implementation and validation of a distributed component-based scheduler supported on a WEB environment. Emphasizing the importance of the capacities acquired by the television service: organization, adaptation, control, efficiency and planning, when it's associated with a management system.
