This paper presents the development of a Power Line Telecommunications device to distribute analog and digital television signals in a home. The design is made based on the NTSC and DVB-T requirements. The paper shows designed circuits with simulations and measurements made on implemented devices with both, television signals and with a vector network analysis system for multiple locations with different distances.
