Abstract The synthesis and characterization of ribo-furanosides and glucopyranosides of pyrido[2,3-c]-1,2,6-thiadiazine 2,2-dioxides are described. Conformational aspects related to the latter are discussed according to 2D-homonuclear H nmr data and dynamic H nmr spectral studies.
