From the evolution of different technologies have emerged variants of e-learning such as the so-called mobile learning (m-learning), which has been possible thanks to the evolution of mobile devices and wireless networks. Likewise, television has been used for years in the field of education as a platform for delivering educational contents, and it has also evolved into a digital platform with new features, which not only improve the quality of service (QoS) but also allows transmitting digital signal over computer networks using IP protocol (IPTV). This paper presents an experience of m-learning, but with an emphasis on user generated content (UGC) and the integration of IPTV for content delivering. The experiment consisted of an online learning space that could be accessed by students of the test course using their mobile phones. An online social network was used to promote students interaction and discussion around contents generated by them.
