The use of information technology as a tool of state intervention in Brazilian society gains momentum with the operational model of the NFE- electronic invoice . The objective is to analyze with a greater degree of detail of this operational model adopted by the Brazilian government to the whole society . Knowing in detail this model contributes to the fulfillment of complex Brazilian legislation . The work is justified by the scope of this project in today's society . Moreover , in the literature there is no study that details the legal requirements imposed by modelo.O article in question deepens and enhances the work of Mello , and Fontana Days (2009) . Research has characteristic qualitative, descriptive , exploratory , and documentary . The results are from a literature search and study of the laws enacted by the state. The study shows that in the previous model there was an increase of over 80% over the fields to be filled . This increase can cause impacts on information systems . In the field of human resource information they require more knowledge of the professionals who operate the system . In addition . This study allows comparison of the Brazilian model to other countries that have adopted this model (eg, Mexico , Guatemala , Colombia , Chile and others)
