When Danielle Villota accepted her new position as Administrative Manager at Construyamos Ltda., she thought she had the necessary competencies for such a responsibility. She did not foresee, though, how difficult it would be for her to perform, given the multiple problems faced by this young organization. What she thought would be just a professional challenge, turned out to be a conflicting struggle for power that jeopardized the organization’s survival. Before being ready for it, Danielle would have to make drastic decisions to try and solve her own situation as well as her company's.
