Nesse contexto, os autores apresentaram o artigo “ Elementos Fundamentais da Constituicao Criptografada. Diversidade e Emancipacao Popular” . No presente artigo, e apresentada uma sintese das principais ideias deste trabalho, a partir de cinco teses centrais que analisam a chamada Constituicao Criptografada , um programa alternativo de pesquisa e transformacao social cujo objetivo e permitir a emancipacao humana pela dissolucao do poder, o que so pode ser garantida pela instauracao de uma democracia radical. FIVE THESES TO DECRYPT POWER: THE AMENDMENTS XYZ Abstract: Between September 5th and 8th 2013 took place in the city of Belfast the Critical Legal Conference. In that context, the authors presented the article “Fundamental elements of the Encrypted Constitution”. Now they present a synthesis of the main ideas of that work, from five central theses that analyses the Encrypted Constitution , a alternative research and social transformation project that has allowing the human emancipation by the dissolution of power as objective, what can only be guaranteed by the establishment of an radical democracy.
