This article is based on the study of «demographic, social, economic and familiar (family) Characterization from the homeless of the commune 11 in Medellin city .The article also shows the aims (lenses) of the study, its methodology and the territorial, demographic and familiar (family) development of social and institutional relations aspects of the homeless , finally some criteria of offers are defined by public policies.
