This article discusses some elements of the trade of efectos de Castilla inside Nueva Granada during the last decades of the eighteenth century. From the analysis of the guides of goods and the collection of alcabala and avería taxes, this paper describes the structure of the circulation of goods and studies the nature of the products and the commercialized volume.
