Having as mark the agreement subscribed among the Distrital University and the National Institute for Blind (INCI), the necessity of investigating is generated on the learning in environments of human disability; in this case, on concepts of Kinematics that blind students of Secondary Education should assimilate. This document shows the results of a proposal alternative consistent in an instrument meter of times that allows to obtain a reliable approach of the values of accelerations and half speeds, in the movement experiments in a dimension. During its analysis, desing and implementation, it is considered the impossibility of the students to know the nature of the trajectory of the movement of the particle, what guided the work on the implementation of sensorial devices to extend the limit of the human peerception, also guided by a correct approach to the physical phenomenon from the rality of the blind people.
