El presente articulo de investigacion da a conocer los resultados de una investigacion que tuvo como objetivo identificar el nivel de confiabilidad y validez del “Inventario para la Medicion del Engagement en el Trabajo” (IMET). Los objetivos se alcanzaron a traves de un estudio instrumental en el que se aplico dicho inventario a 572 docentes de la ciudad de Durango, Mexico. Los resultados obtenidos con la aplicacion de este instrumento, permitieron demostrar una alta confiabilidad y validez para medir el engagement. Abstract This article shows the results of a study that identified the level of reliability and validity of the “Inventory for Measuring Engagement at Work” (IMET). The objectives were achieved through an instrumental study. The instrument was administered to 572 teachers in the city of Durango, Mexico. The results obtained with the application of this instrument, allowed to demonstrate high reliability and validity for measuring engagement.
