This document contains the proceedings of the Fourth International Congress: Technologies for global competitiveness in management, entrepreneurship and innovation, conducted by the EAN University in 2012. The papers are developed through three themes: management, entrepreneurship and innovation and competitiveness issues include engineering, development work environments of excellence, demystifying the terms of innovation and entrepreneurship and competitiveness of the management systems in the public sector. Discussions of parallel tables, where issues of environmental management, sustainability and technology environments that enhance the competitiveness of enterprises expand are added.
