This thesis seeks to determine the impact that microcredit has had on the management formalization process in Colombia, and to propose alternatives to improve its efficiency in the incorporation of informal entrepreneurs into formal economy. It is through a complete state of the art, a presentation of the methodologies being used, and the results of the Delphi method applied to Colombian experts on microcredit and legalization, that the reader will find how this research has allowed to establish the correlation between microcredit granting and some economic variables that both the national Government and international agencies, have set their objectives on for the next few years.
