Faculty of Education and Humanities at the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG), through Liderazgo, its research group, was given the task of proposing an exploration (Hum 1520) whose main object is studying the concept of comprehensive training based on about 200 papers, which includes the time UMNG was formed around 33 years ago. The idea is establishing theoretically and practically a “comprehensive training” from the institution point of view, both domestically and internationally, especially since the Ministry of Education involved this concept to certify the quality level for any higher education institution. Then we found this system involves seven rudiments impacting every action, every program, every model and generally everything inspiring UMNG mission, either classroom or virtual training. Such as essentials and the way they become true are given as follows.
