In this text, the reader will find the methodology, results and conclusions of a research that aims to qualitatively assess the environmental impacts of post-consumer computers waste. In this project, we analyzed and obtained the necessary features to design an information Software system that facilitates computers waste management, and the articulation between the different entities involved in that process.
