The aim of this paper is to raise the relation between the Archaeological Heritage Management and the Public Communication of Archaeology. It is emphasized the need to democratize the results of scientific research and to recognize the impact of both communication and management of information. Finally, it is proposed a two-stage model to analyze the process by which archaeological materials become archaeological heritage. This model was developed from studies carried out since early 2007 in the center of the province of Buenos Aires (Argentina). https://doi.org/10.22380/2539472X61
