The present article comprises of the results of the developing investigation made of the Thesis of Masters titled Methodologic Considerations for the Implementation of the Specialization in Tele Informatics in Virtual Modality in the Francisco Jose de Caldas Distrital University and considers the technical and economic limitations for access to Internet with the purpose of advancing to programs of education of high quality with multimedia components. With base in the previous thing alternatives for programs of remote education in virtual modality consider these restrictions.
