This paper argues the need to construct a theoretical framework for the scientific study itself for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and social subject-object, from the interaction of multiple scientific paradigms. This need arises in the presence of fragmented and disjointed knowledge about the SMEs, which traditionally have taken policy decisions that have no expected benefits of supporting one-sided about visions and disjointed.
