The following text shows the arguments of the visible pedagogic relations involved in the project experience ́s «Comunidad y Etnocultura» (Community and Ethno culture), a proposal of pedagogic innovation, developing in 4 cities of North of Cauca: Villarrica, Puerto Tejada and Caloto. The project «Education y Etnocultura» (Education and Ethno culture), bases its organizational work on «Participative Action Investigation» (IAP), focused on investigation that restores the context of «school», like a place of popular wisdom, being a physical space with social significance and a place where the pedagogic and curricular administrative management components are articulate in the construction of an ethical «being», through transforming processes and basic elements of the culture.
