Usually research on outcomes of education is based on measuring learning rates in students, but it is very difficult to evaluate teaching processes. We believe that is teachers responsibility to evaluate their own teaching practice in the same teaching exercise that allows them to better understand how to improve teaching and learning processes. In this paper we present a proposal for the teacher to develop this type of evaluation and consequently improve their didactic development.
