This article examines the notion Organization in the administrative sciences as the main unit of analysis of studies on human behavior, especially in institutions under unified command and performing tasks or activities that called missionary for the literature. This happens in government, private companies, and social organizations. In addition, it shows the main epistemological and methodological elements in management and organizational literatures have set paradigms to study the behavior of organizations and administrative and understand the dynamics in various kinds of organizations and modern business. The thesis with evidence we ending this text showing organizations are social realities, not biological realities, organic, mechanical or systematic in the abstract just as many approaches to management theory through exaggerated metaphors we have raised through the years , and the silence that most do respect the individual approaches.
