This text presents the case study of the organization Los Danzantes, which is an NGO, non-profit promoter of exchange and confrontation events, mainly for the dance sub-sector. The document contains three research stages that show the path and status of the dancers as an organization and as an artistic movement, so the reader can find: the case study of the organization, a teaching guide prepared from the research, and the survey applied to Cesar Monroy, its President and founder.
