Food security research and development required to transfer and adopt technology that makes efficient agricultural production system urban and rural. In particular, it has been documented that shiitake mushrooms (HCS), are a source of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, unsaturated fatty acids, favorable for human consumption by low concentrations of cholesterol and also act as decomposers of organic matter in biological cycles which preserves any ecosystem. This paper describes the construction of a culture of HCS room, controlled by temperature and humidity sensors wirelessly. Sending and receiving data from sensors are routed to a microcontroller to it, via USB, connects to the computer and displayed on-screen data through a user interface, programmed in JAVA, where are monitored conditions of temperature and humidity are ideal for the reproduction process.
