In this paper it is examined, in terms of the place and operations of psychology, the relationship between process of pathologization and depathologization of workers´ health. Specifically, it is considered the ensamblage configured by the “psy complex” for exercising government in the middle of tension among “good work”, contemporarily considers as employment”, and the new of organization of work characterized by phenomena such as, work contracts uncertainty, deindustrialization, unemployment, precarisation, flexibilization, intensification and informality. Along the text it is discussed how workers´ subjectivity has been and is being constructed as regards psychological discourses and practices that are preoccupied with work as a risk, and the risks in, and, of work.
