The OMEGA modeling method allows obtaining a clear business process map, its connections and relationships. This research project develops a user oriented solution for the complete modeling of business processes and coordination of improvement initiatives, so its approach allows the modeling visualization both from the current situation, and from the one that is expected to be reached.
